Do integrated systems allow me to place any screening order, i.e., drug, background, verifications?
Yes, the background screening provider’s system will communicate with the ATS with the exact information needed. The beauty of having an integrated system is that it will automatically assign the screening services required based on the position. So, if one position requires a Motor Vehicle Report, then the ATS will require the applicant to include their Driver’s License number on the consent form. Integrated systems help in collecting all the data needed to complete the background checks while not asking applicants for unnecessary information.
Am I able to place orders while the integration is being built, or do I have to suspend my hiring and screening processes?
You absolutely can – your operations will continue as usual until the integration is complete.
