BIRMINGHAM, AL., September 9, 2020 – The Motor Vehicle Board of Virginia (MVDB) has named Employment Screening Services (ESS) as an approved vendor for conducting pre-employment background screening checks for motor vehicle dealers operating throughout the state of Virginia.
As of August 1, 2020, VA dealers are required to conduct criminal background checks on all sales employees before submitting the applications to the Board for approval.
