We are so excited to announce the promotion of Carolyn Furgason as Director of Premier Accounts. Carolyn will be responsible for driving our premier client experience with innovative approaches to deliver exemplary service. We could not be more thrilled about Carolyn stepping into this leadership role.

Carolyn has over 20 years of experience in the customer service industry previously holding roles in retail management. Carolyn started with ESS in 2005 as a verification assistant. As ESS continued to grow, Carolyn was one of the first employees in our client care department. Most recently, ESS named her manager of premier accounts where she managed a team of client care representatives who focus solely on our premier clients.
Carolyn has four grown step-children. She enjoys writing music and reading. We are so happy to see her grow and cannot wait to see the success she will have in this position!
