5 Step Order Entry Process

  1. Log on to with user specific information
  2. Enter applicant profile and select products to order.
  3. Complete information on each specific product
  4. Confirm order and submit

Order Status

The ESS system allows you to go online to view all pending orders and:

  • Conduct Detailed Searches
  • View All Records at Once
  • See “Alert” Status on Records
  • Email Customer Support
  • Manager Directly from the Order Screen

View Orders

To access completed reports, just click on the report button and view your reports through Adobe Acrobat. Also available will be the option to view partial reports as soon as that product is completed.
