How it Works:

EmployNow requests and receives data based on the search criteria you enter on the Website. Data is then read and scored using the business rules supplied to ESS. You can assign negative points for things like charged-off accounts, credit delinquency, etc. When scores are tallied, you can print a grading report, the credit bureau’s actual pre-employment credit report or an adverse action letter — all from a secure online portal. You can know within seconds if a candidate is eligible for hire based on your credit criteria.
